Die Blues Foundation hat die Nominierungen für den 31sten Blues Music Award 2010 bekanntgegeben. Dabei topt Joe Louis Walker die Liste aller Nominierten. Er wurde in den Kategorien Album of the Year, Contemporary Blues Album of the Year, und Song of the Year ("I'm Tide" aus seiner jüngsten Veröffentlichung Between a Rock and the Blues) vorgeschlagen.
